Setterwalls has assisted sellers in connection with the sale of all shares in Enspecta Holding AB to KEYTO Group AB

Setterwalls has assisted owners representing 85 percent (“the Majority Owners”) of the shares in Enspecta Holding AB (“Enspecta”) in connection with the sale of all shares in Enspecta to KEYTO Group AB (”KEYTO Group”).

Enspecta provides, among other things, inspections prior to the sale of residential properties. The company was founded in 2008 and is a well-renowned Swedish inspection company. Enspecta was acquired by KEYTO Group, which is a leading player in the household services sector. Setterwalls has assisted the Majority Owners throughout the entire process.”
