Setterwalls has assisted Sivers Semiconductors in connection with directed share issue of approximately SEK 400 million

Setterwalls has assisted Sivers Semiconductors AB in connection with a directed share issue to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors.

The gross proceeds of the share issue amounts to approximately SEK 400 million. Sivers Semiconductors is a technology company that, through its two business areas Wireless and Photonics, supplies chips and integrated modules. Wireless develops RF chips and antennas for advanced 5G systems for data and telecommunications networks. Photonics develops and manufactures semiconductor-based optical products for optical fiber networks, sensors and optical fiber communications (Li-Fi). Sivers Semiconductors’ ordinary shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.
