Setterwalls has assisted Strand Kapitalförvaltning in connection with the divestment to Norion Bank

Strand Kapitalförvaltning is an asset management firm that offers discretionary management as well as the management of its own funds, including an award-winning bond fund. In 2025, Strand Kapitalförvaltning has assets under management of approximately SEK 6 billion.

Norion Bank is a Nordic financing bank listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Norion Bank’s position in Wealth Management.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
