Setterwalls has assisted the seller in the divestment of a property portfolio with an underlying property value amounting to SEK 377,000,000

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel to the seller in the divestment of a portfolio consisting of 9 real properties.

The portfolio includes approximately 47,000 sqm with a lease value of approximately SEK 27,000,000. The properties are situated in the following cities: Sundsvall, Östersund, Härnösand, Sollefteå, Åre, Funäsdalen, Strömsund, Vilhelmina and Norsjö. The dominating tenant of the portfolio is K-Bygg Fresk, focusing it’s business on high level construction materials. The average remaining lease period is 11 years and the occupancy rate of the portfolio is 97 per cent.
