Setterwalls has assisted when Pegroco’s portfolio company Priority merges with GOT2echnics

Pegroco Invest AB (publ) divests its shareholdings in Priority Aero Maintenance (Scandinavia) AB in order to create Scandinavia’s leading independent aircraft maintenance provider.

Following the transaction, Pegroco is the owner of 25 percent of the shares in a new group, which will operate under a new company name within short.

Pegroco has been an active partner in Priority since 2009 and are together with European Aircraft Services AB shareholders in the company. The other shareholders in the new group are the entrepreneurs and founders of GOT2echnics AB, Kjell Andersson and Leif Nyberg each with a 25 percent shareholding.
