Setterwalls' represented Apotek Hjärtat in procurement dispute

Apotek Hjärtat Vårdnära AB finished runner-up in Örebro County Council’s public procurement of distribution of medicinal products at hospitals in the region.

Setterwalls has represented Apotek Hjärtat in a series of successful appeals of the initial award decision as well as subsequent decisions to cancel the entire procurement.
