Andréas Åhlund

Since 2019, I have been working with Swedish and international clients on a wide range of environmental law matters, with a particular focus on environmental permit applications and regulatory matters.

I advise clients on environmental and energy matters and have extensive experience in environmental permit applications and proceedings before courts and administrative authorities. In connection with commercial transactions, I also advise on management of environmental risks, such as liability assessments related to contaminated land and compliance issues. I have been a member of Setterwalls’ practice group for Environmental law since the autumn of 2023 and am based in the firm’s Stockholm office.
