Since 2016 I have been drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements as well as advising within data protection and GDPR. 

I am a part of Setterwalls’ Commercial team and work with assisting Swedish as well as foreign companies in matters relating to marketing law, media law, IT and consumer protection. I therefore draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements within these areas, such as cooperation agreements, licence agreements, SaaS agreements, consultancy agreements, delivery agreements, distribution agreements, production agreements and general terms.

In addition, I am specialised within data protection and give advice regarding processing of personal data to many different industries and companies. I thereby draft and review policies, data processing agreements, data protection impact assessments, etc. I have also experience of structuring and managing large compliance projects within the data protection area.
