Robin Sundin

I advise Swedish and international companies on complex business law matters, with a focus on M&A, capital markets law and corporate law, often in situations of significant strategic and commercial importance.

In my work, I act as a trusted adviser to owners, executive management and boards in connection with, among other things, M&A transactions, initial public offerings, capital raisings, as well as general meetings of shareholders and board-related matters. I also advise on commercial agreements, capital markets compliance and ongoing corporate law matters for Swedish and international clients. In addition, I have extensive experience of venture capital transactions and of advising on the design and implementation of incentive programmes in both private and public companies.

My role is to act as a long-term, strategic adviser in matters critical to a company’s governance, development and value creation.
