Robin Sundin

Robin Sundin is Managing Partner of Setterwalls in Gothenburg and works in the practice groups for Capital Markets, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Robin advises Swedish and international companies on M&A, capital markets and corporate law. His work often involves complex matters of significant strategic and commercial importance. He acts as a long-term, strategic adviser on issues that are central to a company’s development, governance and value creation.

Robin advises owners, management teams and boards of directors. His work includes M&A transactions, IPOs and capital raisings, as well as general meetings and board matters. He also advises on capital markets compliance and commercial agreements. In addition, he provides ongoing corporate advice to Swedish and international companies.

Robin has extensive experience of venture capital transactions. He also has significant experience in designing and implementing incentive programmes for both private and listed companies. This allows him to advise companies and their owners through each stage of growth, from early-stage funding to the public markets.
