Setterwalls’ real estate team assists both Swedish actors and some of the world’s major real estate funds in establishing various fund and company structures, for example through investigations of tax issues, setting up appropriate group structure, negotiating shareholder agreements, legal issues regarding raising capital, management agreements and other agreements that are required in connection with property acquisitions or the establishment of a fund.rnrnWe often work across borders and have extensive experience in acting as project managers in real estate projects involving many jurisdictions. The team routinely navigates through the various jurisdictions that fund structures often touch upon, where decision-making committees are not rarely located in other countries than the transaction team or the property management team.
