Peter Sarkia – new partner of Setterwalls

Peter Sarkia, a partner specialising in M&A, is to leave Hammarskiöld to become a partner and member of the M&A team at Setterwalls. 

– Peter Sarkia is a welcome addition to our group, not least because of his international transactional experience, says Anders Söderlind, partner and head of the Corporate and M&A group at Setterwalls.

Peter Sarkia, 41, studied at Uppsala and is a member of the Swedish bar. His career took him from Lagerlöf & Leman to Hammarskiöld & Co where he was a partner from 2003-2009. Peter has worked with corporate transactions, insurance and reinsurance as well as venture capital, frequently with an international focus. Peter is trilingual (Swedish, English, Finnish) and has an extensive network of contacts in London and Helsinki.
