Setterwalls in Gothenburg recruits the compliance expert Bo Berndtsson

Through the recruitment of Bo Berndtsson, with his exclusive experience and competence in the area, Setterwalls strengthens its leading position within Compliance & Investigations even further.

Bo Berndtsson joins us from AB Volvo where he during the last nine years has been Chief Compliance Officer having had the responsibility to develop and implement the Volvo Group’s compliance programs and activities relating to anti-corruption, competition law and export control. Bo has also been responsible for the Volvo Group’s substantial project to implement the new European data privacy legislation, the GDPR. 

It feels great to become part of Setterwalls’ offer within Compliance & Investigations and be able to strengthen the teams’ deep competence and extensive experience in the area. With my extensive and practical experience of building, implementing and driving systematic compliance activities and to conduct internal investigations, I hope to provide additional depth and width to the current offer, says Bo Berndtsson.
