This year, three new practice areas have advanced to Band 1: Employment, Insurance and Information Technology.

The newly published Chambers and Partners European Guide 2026 marks Setterwalls’ strongest performance to date, with top-tier rankings across 15 key practice areas. Notably, Employment, Insurance and Information Technology advance to Band 1. In addition, 36 of the firm’s lawyers receive individual rankings across their respective practice areas.

– This is the result of many years of determined work by our teams. Maintaining our top rankings while advancing in several areas is a strong testament to our colleagues’ dedication and the trust our clients place in us, says Henrik Kjellander, Executive Partner at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå.

This year’s feedback particularly highlights Setterwalls’ commercial awareness, responsiveness and ability to engage with the full scope of a client’s business needs, confirming our client-focused approach and deep industry knowledge.

“Setterwalls combines legal expertise with strong commercial acumen.”

“They have shown an exceptionally high level of understanding of our business as well as the commercial implications.”

“What sets Setterwalls apart is its attentiveness and adaptability. The lawyers listen carefully, understand our business context and deliver customised solutions beyond standard legal advice.”
