Magnus Jonson has more than 20 years of experience from work with other law firms and is most recent coming from the Swedish Competition Authority where held a position as the deputy head of Legal Service. Recently, Tommy Pettersson, a former partner of Mannheimer Swartling, was also recruited to the department.
EU- and competition law is becoming more and more important to Swedish and international companies and organizations and is key in complex transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures.
