Since 2016, I’m part of Setterwalls’ dispute resolution group and assist Swedish and foreign companies in both court and arbitration procedures.
My main areas of expertise are contract law, insurance law, tort law and company law. I mainly act as legal counsel in disputes but also provide ongoing advice within these legal areas. My recent experience includes significant disputes regarding, inter alia, professional liability and insurance law. Additionally, I am regularly engaged to deliver educational presentations and seminars. I am also active in associations related to both insurance law and dispute resolution.
