Andreas Bullarbo

Andreas is a Managing Associate in Setterwalls’ Dispute Resolution group.

Andreas represents Swedish and foreign companies as counsel in domestic and international disputes, both in litigation and arbitration. He brings substantial litigation experience across his main areas of practice: contract, insurance, tort and company law.

In recent years, Andreas has been engaged in several large and complex disputes concerning matters such as directors’ liability, professional liability of consultants and insurance law issues. He also has extensive experience of disputes involving exemption from liability on the basis of force majeure and similar grounds for relief. Earlier in his career, Andreas served as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court, which has given him an understanding of how court proceedings are run and decided from the court’s perspective as well.

Andreas speaks regularly at seminars and other events and is engaged with the Young Arbitrators Sweden network. He is also an active member of, among others, the Swedish Insurance Law Association (Försäkringsjuridiska föreningen) and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
