UPC opens its doors from 1 April 2023

The Unitary Patent Court (UPC) has now announced an official date for the court opening as well as the thereby in many aspects de facto launch of the Unitary Patent System. As from 1 April 2023, the court opens its doors which marks the most significant change in the patent market since the 1970s.
