ICLG Patents 2023: Practical cross-border insights into patent law

Setterwalls’ patent experts Martin Levinsohn and Per Lidman have once again contributed the Swedish chapter of the 13th edition of the ICLG patent publication International Comparative Legal Guide – Patents 2023.

In this years edition, the issue on the possibility to have an infringement or nullity lawsuit issued prior to the grant of the relevant patent has been commented and associated preliminary injunction issues are about to be clarified.
