Akademiska Hus divests large property in central Uppsala to Hemsö for a property value of SEK 714,000,000

The property Kronåsen 1:15 includes 68,700 square meters comprising 20 buildings with a total lettable area of 36,600 square meters. The property is located in the ITC-area next to Campus Polacksbacken in central Uppsala. The area is classified as a cultural heritage and the majority of the premises is leased out to Uppsala University. The transaction will close on 1 June 2021 and all existing leases will be transferred to Hemsö.
