Setterwalls advised Folksam Insurance Group in acquiring the Google building in central Stockholm for approx. EUR 300 million

The Folksam Insurance Group has acquired the property Stockholm Mentorn 1. The property is located in central Stockholm next to the main railway station and is usually referred to as the Google building. Other tenants at the property include Adyen and MSCI. The lettable area is approximately 18,000 square metres, of which just over 90 percent is office space. The remaining premises consist of retail space and restaurants. Mentorn 1 is certified with Breeam in Use and has energy class B.

The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 3 billion (approx. EUR 300 million) and the transfer is made through a company acquisition.
