Setterwalls acted as legal counsel to Svanen Fastigheter in portfolio acquisition

Setterwalls assisted Svanen Fastigheter in a portfolio acquisition and establishment of new JV with the M2 Group.

Svanen Fastigheter AB has, through the establishment of a JV with M2 Asset Management AB, acquired a majority stake in a property portfolio consisting of approx. 300 apartments in Vårberg, Stockholm. Svanen Fastigheter will, through a new issue of shares, become the majority shareholder in the jointly owned company on September 29, 2023. The team will thereafter refine the portfolio through active property management.
