Setterwalls advised FlixBus in connection with the acquisition of Swebus Express

Setterwalls advised FlixBus Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of the express bus company Swebus Express AB from Nobina AB. The acquisition includes Swebus’ commercial operations, brand and most of the fleet of vehicles. Swebus conducts interregional express bus services and its operations consist of about 10,000 depar-tures per week and more than 1.5 million passengers per year. FlixBus is a European company focusing on long-distance mobility and has a bus network that spreads over 28 countries, 1,700 destinations and has transported over 100 million passengers since its start in 2013.
