I have worked with M&A and venture capital since the late 1990s.
I am heading our Corporate and M&A practice group. In my day-to-day work I represent buyers and sellers of Swedish companies and businesses. I represent both domestic and foreign strategic and financial investors. I also on a regular basis assist venture capitalist investors and investment assets in relation to investments in developing companies. As a member of our corporate law team, I of course also advice on general corporate law.
