Setterwalls advisor for Samsung's acquisition of Nanoradio

Setterwalls has assisted Samsung Electronics in the acquisition of Nanoradio AB, a developer of ultra low power Wireless LAN chipsets for high-speed wireless access in mobile phones.

Among the sellers were the VC companies Viking Venture, Creandum, Nordic Venture Partners, Ferd Capital, Innovacom, Anchor Capital, Teknoinvest and  Industrifonden.
