Setterwalls assisted Folksam Insurance Group in property acquisition

Setterwalls has assisted Folksam Insurance Group in the acquisition of a property with a newly built elderly care home in Helsingborg. The underlying property value is SEK 202,000,000. The building will receive environmental certification according to the LEED-system at Silver level. Skanska is developer and seller of the property. Folksam Insurance Group is one of Sweden’s largest insurance groups with invested assets of approximately SEK 455 billion.
