Setterwalls has advised Bellman Group in its acquisition of all shares in Ekmans Hedesunda AB

Setterwalls has assisted Bellman Group in the acquisition of Ekmans Hedesunda AB, a full-service company within haulage, machinery and workshop services.

Ekmans Hedesunda AB is a company founded in 1947, with a strong regional market position in Gävleborg. The company’s offering encompasses transport solutions and machinery services for construction and civil engineering projects, as well as workshop services including maintenance, repair, assembly and bodywork modifications for heavy vehicles. In the financial year 2024/2025, Ekmans had net revenue of approximately SEK 239 million.

Setterwalls has acted as legal adviser to Bellman Group throughout the transaction process.
