I assist Swedish and foreign companies with advice on employment law and dispute resolution.

I have been working at Setterwalls since 2009 and in 2018 I assumed responsibility for employment law at the Gothenburg office. In my daily work, I assist employers within the entire employment law area, such as e.g. employment contracts, terminations, questions pertaining to trade secrets and competition, trade union negotiations, restructurings and divestment of companies. Furthermore, I have extensive experience of both dispute resolution in court and arbitration, e.g. within the area of employment law especially with regard to trade secrets and intellectual property rights.
