Since 2007, I have been assisting both Swedish and international companies in corporate law matters such as mergers and acquisitions, raising of capital as well as corporate structures.

My daily work consists of identifying and managing legal and business risks within the framework of ongoing company operations, or in connection with transactions and raising of capital.

One of my particular focus areas covers matters relating to the car industry, paper and pulp industry as well as the video game industry.
