Setterwalls has advised Folksam insurance group in real estate acquisition in central Stockholm with a transaction value of SEK 2.1 billion

Folksam insurance group has acquired the properties Adonis 2, Adonis 16 and Moraset 24 in central Stockholm from AMF Fastigheter. Underlying property value amounts to approx. SEK 2.14 billion. The acquisition is carried out by the Folksam subsidiary KPA Pension. The properties have a leasable area of approx. 14,400 sq.m. and are located at the avenue Sveavägen.

The Folksam group is one of Sweden’s largest insurance groups with invested assets of approx. SEK 455 billion.
