Setterwalls has advised Space Production AB (“Space Production”) in connection with Space Production’s acquisition of a majority of the shares in Dohrns Exhibitions & Events AB

Dohrns Exhibitions & Events AB was founded in 1925 as an advertising agency but has throughout the years developed into a full-service provider within the area of events and exhibitions. Dohrns Exhibitions & Events AB has since its founding in 1925 been owned and managed by the Dohrns family but hereby welcomes a new majority owner in the form of Space Productions, an industry colleague based in Gothenburg. The companies will continue to run their operations as separate entities but together they form the leading full-service provider within the area of events and exhibitions in the Nordic region with operations in multiple locations, including Stockholm, Gothenburg and Åre.

Space Production is, since 2020, a subsidiary of Hammarviken Företagsutveckling AB, a Gothenburg-based group with long experience in investing in small and medium-sized companies looking to grow.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Space Production throughout the entire transaction process.
