Setterwalls has advised the owners of Bergendahls El Gruppen AB (“Bergendahls”) in their divestment of a majority share in Bergendahls to Storskogen Invest 3 AB.

Bergendahls is a electrical technology and security company and operates, itself and via subsidiaries, within areas such as infill, service, switchgear installations, building and industrial automation, renovation, remodeling and extensions as well as alarms, data and telecommunications. The Bergendahls Group has about 200 employees and the turnover amounts to approximately SEK 380 million. Now that Storskogen 3 Invest AB becomes the new long-term majority owner of the company, Bergendahls will form part of the Storskogen Group’s Installation segment which forms part of the business area “Services”. Setterwalls acted as the owners’ legal adviser throughout the entire transaction process.
