Profile

For 30 years, I have assisted Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to commercial contracts, often with international links.

My responsibility at the firm is to lead Setterwalls’ commercial law team and Setterwalls’ China desk. In my daily work, I help companies to draw up and negotiate contracts, primarily relating to collaboration, joint ventures, development, licensing and purchase or sale of products and services. Many of my assignments are international, and I often work on projects in different parts of the world, such as China and the USA. I have extensive experience of working with companies in the automotive industry, and also work with issues in the IT area.
