Setterwalls has assisted Cupola Holding AB in the sale of Cupola AB and its underlying subsidiaries.

Cupola Holding AB have sold all their shares in Cupola AB and its underlying subsidiaries to the Presto Group. In connection with the sale, Cupola Holding AB reinvested part of the purchase price in Presto Holding AB by acquiring shares in said company.

Setterwalls Anders Holmgren and William Sanderson have assisted Cupola Holding AB in connection with the sale of Cupola AB to the Presto Group. The transaction was completed on January 11th 2021. In connection with completion of the transaction, Cupola Holding AB reinvested part of the purchase price in Presto Holding AB by acquiring shares in said company. Both Cupola AB and the Presto Group are engaged in the fire safety industry.
