I work with assisting companies in the purchase and sale of unlisted companies.
On a daily basis I assist Swedish and foreign clients with advice in relation to the acquisition and sale of unlisted companies, as well as corporate law advice. The majority of my work consists of guiding the client through the acquisition or sales process, including leading the project, conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transfer documentation.
