Setterwalls has assisted Lifesum in connection with the acquisition of Lykon

The Swedish fitness and health service Lifesum helps its users to live more healthily by keeping track of both food intake and exercise routines.

Lykon is a German company founded in 2018 that offers test kits that customers can use at home to gain insight into their health.

Through the transaction, Lifesum intends to integrate Lykon’s technology to develop the service and increase the user value.
