Willy is a partner in Setterwalls’ corporate group.

Willy specialises in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate law. He has broad experience of advising both Swedish and international clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on private equity-related transactions.

His work encompasses advice on acquisitions and company law matters at every stage, from structuring and negotiation through to completion. Willy is regularly engaged by private equity sponsors and other investors, as well as by companies on both the buy-side and sell-side in connection with ownership changes and capital raises.

Years of transaction-intensive mandates have given Willy a deep understanding of the commercial and corporate law issues behind complex ownership changes and investment structures.
