Setterwalls has assisted Moment Group on the divestment of its holdings in Tickster AB

Setterwalls has advised Moment Group AB (publ) on the divestment of its holdings in Tickster AB to XNSE Experience Enabling Services AB. The transaction was completed on 29 December 2025.

Tickster is one of Scandinavia’s leading ticket and cash register systems with headquarters in Gothenburg and operations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Moment Group is a leading player in the experience industry and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, headquartered in Gothenburg.
