I am a transaction lawyer specialising in Private M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate and Commercial Contracts.

I advise Swedish and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures and capital raisings across a wide range of industries.

With particular experience in technology-intensive sectors including IT/telecom, defence and security, media, fintech and manufacturing – I support clients in navigating complex deals, high-stakes negotiations and risk management. My practice also covers advice on company law, board matters, corporate governance and commercial agreements.
