Setterwalls has assisted Mubadala in connection with its investment in Klarna

Setterwalls has assisted Mubadala in connection with its first investment in Klarna. The investment was made in a financing round in Klarna amounting to SEK 8.5 billion. Other investors were the new shareholder CPP Investments and the existing shareholders Sequoia, Bestseller, Silver Lake and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Mubadala is a sovereign investor managing a global portfolio, aimed at generating sustainable financial returns for the Government of Abu Dhabi. Mubadala’s $284 billion portfolio spans six continents with interests in multiple sectors and asset classes.
