Setterwalls has assisted Nordea Liv in the acquisition of an office building in Malmö

Setterwalls has assisted Nordea Liv in the acquisition of the property Malmö Eddan 2, located in Malmö. A construction project on the property has been completed recently and the new office building comprises approx. 2,615 sq.m. The building is a single tenant building leased out to the IKEA Group. Setterwalls assisted Nordea Liv together with DEAS Asset Management.
