Setterwalls has assisted Pamica 2 AB in the acquisition of all of the shares in Eriks Fönsterputs i Sverige AB and in Takteam i Sydost AB

Pamica 2 AB has through the subsidiary Husvård Group Norden AB acquired all of the shares in the window cleaning company Eriks Fönsterputs i Sverige AB (“Eriks Fönsterputs”) and in the roof treatment company Takteam i sydost AB (“Takteam”).

On March 26, 2021, Husvård Group Norden AB acceded to all of the shares in both of Eriks Fönsterputs and in Takteam. Eriks Fönsterputs started its business in 1997 and performs window cleaning services, mainly in the southern and western part of Sweden. Takteam was founded in 2014 and is currently primarily active in southwestern and eastern parts of Sweden and performs roof treatment. Together, the companies form a group with two strong brands, which complement each other in home care services eligible for tax deduction, mainly for private individuals.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica 2 AB throughout the entire transaction process.
