Setterwalls has assisted People People People AB in connection with the acquisition of 91 percent of the outstanding shares in HIROY AB.
HIROY AB is based in Stockholm and is a well-established actor within the staffing and recruitment sector. The company specializes in talent management and has access to a large network of consulting resources.
