Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders of Betao in connection with its divestment to Hawk Infinity

Setterwalls has assisted all shareholders in the sale of Betao AB to Hawk Infinity AS. Betao is behind “Portail Auto-Entrepreneur”, France’s leading invoicing and financial software for micro-entrepreneurs and solo entrepreneurs. The company focuses entirely on the French market, despite having both its head office and all its operations in Sweden.

Betao was acquired by Hawk Infinity, a founder-led company that acquires stable, profitable businesses with the aim of being long-term owners.
