Setterwalls has assisted Thunderful Group in connection with the acquisition of 91 percent of the shares in the newly established game development studio, To The Sky, engaged in the development and launch of digital content games. The transaction includes a sale- and purchase option entailing that Thunderful Group in the future may acquire all outstanding shares in the game development studio. The intention is that the game development primarily will be financed by way of shareholder loans and Thunderful may over time invest an amount in aggregate of approximately USD 5 million into the game development studio.
