Setterwalls has assisted Visiba Group AB in a capital raising round of approximately SEK 100 million led by CNI and Swedbank Robur. Participants in the round also included Starbright Invest, as well as existing owners such as Blue and JCE Ventures.

Setterwalls has assisted Visiba Group AB in a capital raising round of approximately SEK 100 million led by CNI and Swedbank Robur. The capital injection is the largest in the company’s history and will be used, among other things, to strengthen the product development of the platform for online consultations and Red Robin, as well as to enable increased commercial investment in Europe and the Nordics. Visiba was founded in 2014 on the strong conviction that digitalisation is inevitable if healthcare is to offer equal, qualitative and safe services in the future. The same year the platform Visiba Care was launched which today is the leading platform for virtual health clinics in the Nordics.
