Fanny Eriksson

In my practice, I advise Swedish and international companies on employment law and compliance.

I have been with Setterwalls since 2023 and am part of the Compliance, Investigation and Employment group. In my role, I help companies identify, manage and prevent operational risks, including in the areas of corruption and competition law. I support clients in handling reports received through whistleblowing channels and investigate potential irregularities through independent investigations. In the field of employment law, I assist companies with ongoing employment matters, including employment agreements, trade secrets, work environment/health and safety, competing activities, business transfers and terminations. I also handle employment disputes.
