Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with the acquisition of 90.1 percent of the outstanding shares in the technology company Alltronic Aktiebolag

Alltronic Aktiebolag was founded in 1983 and currently has 27 employees. The business is based in Alingsås where Alltronic designs and produces customised electronic. The company operates in three business areas: production of circuit boards, sourcing of components and project management. Alltronic’s customers are mainly actors in the automotive, industrial, property, marine and healthcare sectors.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica Group AB throughout the entire transaction process.
