I primarily assist clients with matters relating to commercial agreements, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

My work includes advising in connection with capital raisings, corporate transactions, general meetings of shareholders, and general corporate law matters. I also assist companies with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and provide guidance on contract law matters.
