Jakob Andersson

I’m part of Setterwalls’ dispute resolution group and represent Swedish and foreign companies in both court and arbitration procedures.

My main areas of expertise are insurance law, contract law, professional liability, and construction law. I also have experience from many other areas of law. Within these fields I primarily work with disputes.

Besides my role as counsel I enjoy writing and legal research. I have several articles published in Sweden’s premier law reviews, mainly concerning insurance law (interpretation and permissibility of insuring clauses) and contract law (duty of notification and other passivity related issues).
